This directory includes companies that are members of either the
Canadian Nuclear Isotope Council or the Organization of Canadian
Nuclear Industries and that are:
• involved in the production and sale of medical isotopes
• in the supply chain that supports the production of medical
isotopes through the provision of goods and/or services
• associated industries that are located in Canada because of their
easy access to the medical isotope produced here
• Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) whose products play a

About the Canadian Nuclear Isotope Council (CNIC)

The Canadian Nuclear Isotope Council (CNIC) is an independent organization consisting of representatives from various levels within the Canadian health sector, nuclear industry and research bodies, convened specifically to advocate for our country’s role in the production of the world’s isotope supply.

For more than a half-century, Canada has led the way internationally when it comes to the research, development and production of medical isotopes and pharmaceuticals. The world has counted on us and the Canadian Nuclear Isotope Council was established to bring together all of the stakeholders with a mission to ensure we continue this leadership role in improving people’s lives.
